APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Interested applicants applying for the recruitment/resettlment program are to contact the recruitment operation secretary with the email secretarywra@aol.com. After initial clearance, qualified applicants will be directed to continental administration (Zone Offices). A group should be a maximum of twenty persons and group members should reside in the same country. A family of six consisting of not more than four children is also eligible to apply.
Group application will not get approval until the group list and reference file numbers is forwarded to the head office for consideration. A group that receive their reference file number from their continental administration (Zone Offices) will need to forward them with the completed application forms and registration/processing fee payment re of their group members along with their reference file number issued to them by the zone office.

VISA PROCESSING
Applicants will have their entry visas processed in their country. All entry for VISAS will be applied through the respective government channels for the visa depending on the system of government been operated by the country an applicant is applying to relocate. Our Immigration lawyers will apply for all visas and other documents for each person/group on behalf of each person/group. The Persons/group for US programs will have their documents processed from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in Washington, D.C.
WRA has no authority to authorize applicant’s documents. It is the immigration lawyers who are experts on this field. It is the duty of the US immigration lawyers who will apply for all needed documents direct from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and also apply for the U.S. labor certificate from the U.S. Immigration Nationality Act [INA]. And Immigration and Naturalization service [INS] whose regulation requires that Aliens seeking to enter the US on basis of employment must obtain the US labor certificate, which will enable alien to work legally in the US.
The U.S. immigration lawyers files in an application on behalf of the individual alien or applicant to the INS and the department of states respectively. The actual admission of the alien and the granting of the authorization to work in the US is the responsibility of INS. The handling of documents processing by the US immigration lawyers has made the processing of all documents of applicants very effective and acceptable.
By completion of visa processing entry, confirmation of the authorized visa will be forwarded by fax to the America embassy at the applicants' resident country and duplicate hard copy will also be forwarded to qualified applicant(s). Consular section at the U.S embassy in an applicant(s) resident country will notify a qualified applicant(s) on appointment date to appear at the embassy for the issuance of the visa seals on passport.
It is imperative that an applicant(s) should not be at the embassy without the copy of the confirmation of the authorized visa or before the confirmation are forwarded to them or the embassy. The United States bureau of immigration affairs has made arrangement to assist participants without international passport with the United Nations Refugees Emergency Traveling Certificate. The UN emergency treavelling certificate allows a person on special issue to travel internationally without a valid travelling passport. The requirements include the following:
FLIGHT TICKET

The organization is known world-wide for its charity work through transportation grant which has helped many less privileged people that could not get the opportunity to travel out of their territory due to transportation sponsorship problem to do so.
Many governmental and non-governmental bodies and individual donors have contributed to the goals of the objectives, Achievements of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and has being donating and funding the program for progressive continuity. Workforce Resources Agency has being in partnership with the IOM since 1989 in terms of international transportation. On receipt of the applicant's confirmation and clearance from the zone office, an applicant(s) data is forwarded to IOM office for futher instruction to the respective Airlines to issue the ticket booklet to successful applicant(s) whose visa has been authorized and confirmed by fax.
All successful applicant(s) will receive the one-way tickets at the airline sales office in their country or at the sales office closer to their country after the processing of their documents. The international organization for migration IOM in conjuction with reputable donors/sponsor and other charity organizations are the ones responsible air ticket, insurance, meals and accomudation.
SCHOLARSHIP OPPURTUNITY
The examination test for admission into the scholarship program is normally conducted on-line and tests are conducted on general English language only. Workforce resources agency staff interview potential candidates for the program, based on a completed application forms and accompanying materials. If accepted, the candidate will be matched by our donor/sponsor. Applicants are to contact their respective zone coordinator for information on the scholarship application.
